Envisioned by sailors, Lagoa Branca was born from a life shaped by water and wind, in the heart of Lagoa da Conceição. Set on more than 4,000 m² of preserved land, it invites you to slow down without giving up movement: walk to cafés and restaurants, paddle, sail, or simply return to a space of quiet, comfort, original design and wellbeing.

Each with a private jacuzzi on the deck, a soaking tub, an integrated kitchen, and Elisa Cândido's gallery on the walls. Ideal for couples, with room for up to four guests.

A bright, integrated living room, with a deck jacuzzi facing the preserved garden. The jabuticaba tree at the entrance inspired the brand's exclusive fragrance, with notes of pink pepper and jabuticaba.

We could have built much more. We chose not to — because nature is the greatest luxury, and preserving it matters more than any extra square meter. The lofts are part of a larger ecosystem, all reachable on foot, while keeping each loft and its deck private.

We're not a traditional guesthouse — we're two independent lofts, each with a private jacuzzi and soaking tub, on a preserved property in Lagoa da Conceição. Think of it as having a home of your own, with the care of people who actually live here.

Yes — the jacuzzi and deck are fully private and integrated into your loft: wake up, open the door, and you're already in your exclusive area, with no sharing at all.

It has an ozone treatment system integrated into the hydromassage, ensuring continuous, safe sanitation, plus a full cleaning and inspection between every guest.

Yes — it's an exclusive Lagoa Branca design, developed with Willian Borges (an upholstery craftsman and furniture designer). It converts into a queen bed or two twin beds, with premium, pet-friendly fabric.

Yes, the main bed is queen size and can be configured as two twin beds with advance notice — just let us know before you arrive.

Shampoo, conditioner and bar soap from local brand Templo da Terra, in Lagoa Branca's exclusive fragrance (jabuticaba with pink pepper), inspired by the flora on our property.

Yes — we use PVC window frames, with excellent thermal comfort and sound insulation. The wall between the lofts has a thick layer of fiberglass, significantly reducing sound between units.

Yes. Even though we're on a spacious property, each loft has its own reserved access and outdoor area, ensuring privacy and independence.

Yes, there's parking within the property.

We don't include breakfast. That said, Café Makai is right on the property, with plenty of options available.

We don't offer annual leases. That said, we do offer some longer-stay formats (Long Stay), subject to availability — reach out for more information.
