Envisioned by sailors, Lagoa Branca was born from a life shaped by water and wind, in the heart of Lagoa da Conceição. Set on more than 4,000 m² of preserved land, it invites you to slow down without giving up movement: walk to cafés and restaurants, paddle, sail, or simply return to a space of quiet, comfort, original design and wellbeing.

Each with a private jacuzzi on the deck, a soaking tub, an integrated kitchen, and Elisa Cândido's gallery on the walls. Ideal for couples, with room for up to four guests.

A bright, integrated living room, with a deck jacuzzi facing the preserved garden. The jabuticaba tree at the entrance inspired the brand's exclusive fragrance, with notes of pink pepper and jabuticaba.

We could have built much more. We chose not to — because nature is the greatest luxury, and preserving it matters more than any extra square meter. The lofts are part of a larger ecosystem, all reachable on foot, while keeping each loft and its deck private.
